Instant Messaging Clause Samples

The Instant Messaging clause defines the rules and protocols for using instant messaging platforms as a means of communication between parties under the agreement. It typically specifies which messaging services are permitted, outlines acceptable use, and may address issues such as message retention, confidentiality, and the official status of messages sent via these platforms. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of how instant messaging can be used for official communications, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes regarding the validity and security of such messages.
