Instructional Framework. The Association and District have agreed to the adopted evidence-based instructional framework developed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and approved by OSPI. The Association and District have also agreed to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ frameworks for specialists for use with other certificated educators.

Instructional Framework. 1. The parties have agreed to the adopted evidence-based instructional framework developed by CEL 5D+ and approved by OSPI. The instructional framework is included in Appendix 8. Nothing in the instructional framework will be binding on either party if it is contrary to the terms and conditions described in this agreement. 2. Upon mutual agreement the parties may select a different OSPI approved instructional framework.

Instructional Framework. The parties have agreed to use the adopted evidence-based instructional framework developed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and approved by OSPI. The evaluation framework identifying the components of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ framework within the state criteria shall be communicated to employees at the beginning of the school year.

Instructional Framework. The parties have agreed to the adopted evidence-based instructional framework developed by the University of Washington Center for Education Leadership (CEL) Five Dimensions of Teaching and Learning (5D+). The instructional framework is included in Appendix C-1. If an adopted instructional framework is contrary to or inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Agreement shall prevail. Upon mutual agreement, the parties may negotiate a different approved instructional framework.

Instructional Framework. Classroom teachers shall be evaluated using the State 8 Criteria under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Framework for Teaching, which was mutually agreed upon by the Lake ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School District and the Association, and is identified in Appendix 13.
