Instructions from Customer Sample Clauses

The "Instructions from Customer" clause defines the process by which a customer provides directions or requirements to a service provider or contractor. Typically, this clause outlines how instructions must be communicated—such as in writing or through designated representatives—and may specify the timeframe or format for such instructions. Its core function is to ensure that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon method for issuing and receiving instructions, thereby reducing misunderstandings and ensuring that the service provider acts in accordance with the customer's expectations.
