Intercom System. A program sound system between the stage area and dressing rooms shall be installed in all resident theatres, unless the Theatre, Stage Manager, and Liaison agree that the dialogue from the stage is clearly audible in the dressing rooms. In the case of a disagreement, the Liaison shall notify Equity.

Intercom System. If an intercom system is in place, this is a security locked building and all tenants are required to maintain that security. The intercom allows Tenants to identify visitors before entry. DO NOT let people into the building who are NOT visiting you. Allowing people into the building who are not your visitors or propping open the door compromises the security of the building and is a Tenant rule violation. Your neighbor may not want a visitor at that time. IF YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER IS CHANGED, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT MANAGEMENT TO CHANGE THE NUMBER IN THE INTEERCOM IF THE INTERCOM IS CONNNECTED TO A PHONE SYSTEM.
Intercom System. 3.10.1 Contractor will provide a turn‐key IP intercom system that consists of a minimum of FOUR (4) host desk top intercom stations and an integrated microphone and speaker at each designated garage.
3.10.2 The intercom substation will be a push‐button intercom such that in the event a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ needs assistance, the button can be pushed, and a connection established between the field location and any host intercom station.
3.10.3 The intercom system will utilize secure VOIP and be programmable to communicate to outside voice devices such as a land telephone or mobile phone.
3.10.4 The intercom communications program tree will be configured to dial direct to multiple IP command desk consoles located in the City with roll over capabilities to sequential City, or mobile phone contact points. The intercom base station will be equipped to display the physical location of the incoming intercom call.
3.10.5 Once activated, two‐way communication will be possible, and the intercom line remains open until the parking staff member terminates the call. The function of the two-way communication system will be determined by the capabilities of the system that is utilized by the City or designee, at the time of the new PARCS installation. The City will determine the two-way communication system.
Intercom System. The Contractor shall maintain the commercial grade intercom system which must meet all applicable Laws (e.g. electrical, fire, building).

The Tenant has two options for intercom system connectivity as outlined below. Intercom System Operation: • Visitors contact the Tenant’s suite master intercom directly from the perimeter intercom locations. • Direct voice communication and video authentication of the visitor through the intercom application. • Remote activation to the unlock feature allows the visitor to enter the building at the Tenant’s discretion. Please note that a pre-determined schedule with Property Management will limit the hours that the remote unlock feature will be functional.
