Interconnection Application Fee Sample Clauses

The Interconnection Application Fee clause establishes a requirement for applicants to pay a fee when submitting a request to connect their equipment or facility to a utility’s network. Typically, this fee covers the administrative costs associated with reviewing and processing the application, and may vary depending on the size or type of the proposed interconnection.
