Interconnection Operations. (a) The Interconnection Customer shall cause the SR ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Project to participate in any SPS required to prevent thermal overloads and unstable conditions resulting from outages. Such participation shall be in accordance with applicable FERC regulations, and ISO Tariff provisions and protocols. The Interconnection Customer will not be entitled to any compensation from the Distribution Provider, pursuant to the SGIA, for loss of generation output when (i) the Small Generating Facility’s generation is reduced or the SR ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Herder Project is tripped off-line due to implementation of the SPS; or (ii) such generation output is restricted in the event the SPS becomes inoperable. In accordance with Good Utility Practice, the Distribution Provider will provide the Interconnection Customer advance notice of any required SPS beyond that which has already been identified in this SGIA. No SPS was identified as being initially required for the SR ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Project based on the SR ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Herder Interconnnection Facilities Study dated January 27, 2014. (b) The SGIA governs the facilities required to interconnect the Small Generating Facility to Distribution Provider's electrical system pursuant to the Tariff and as described herein. Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for making all necessary operational arrangements with the ISO, including, without limitation, arrangements for obtaining transmission service from the ISO, and for scheduling delivery of energy and other services to the ISO Grid. (c) The Interconnection Customer acknowledges that the Small Generating Facility is subject to the ISO congestion management procedures set forth in the ISO Tariff. This may result in limiting the output of the Small Generating Facility in the ISO’s markets. A Small Generating Facility’s deliverability status does not affect how the resource is scheduled, dispatched, or curtailed in the ISO’s markets. (d) Following outages of the Interconnection Facilities or the Small Generating Facility, the Interconnection Customer shall not energize the SR ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Project for any reason without specific permission from the Distribution Provider’s operations personnel. Interconnection Operations. When operating the Facility in parallel with the Electric System, Generator must maintain all appropriate permits and licenses and must comply with all Technical Requirements. The Parties will reasonably cooperate in QFIA performance, including coordination in scheduling of outages or maintenance for the Electric System, the Facility, or for any other equipment that might reasonably impact normal operation of the Facility or the Electric System. Generator must comply with all applicable law regarding: (i) Facility ownership, operation, or maintenance; (ii) the Site; and (iii) Generator’s QFIA performance. Generator also must pay all taxes or fees involving the Site, the Facility, or Generator’s operations under this QFIA. Generator acknowledges that this QFIA and any energy sale facilitated by this QFIA are subject to the rights and obligations of GPC and the Commission under PURPA, 16 U.S.C. § 824a-3, and the Commission’s related orders. Interconnection Operations. (a) In accordance with Article 5.12 of the UFA, the Interconnection Customer and Affected Participating TO shall execute any necessary supplemental agreements, as determined by the Affected Participating TO, to effectuate and record such easement(s) which provides the Affected Participating TO unrestricted 24 hour access to Affected Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, and Network Upgrades, if applicable, located on the premises of the Interconnection Customer for construction, operation, and maintenance. (b) Compliance with Applicable Reliability Standards: The Interconnection Customer shall comply with all Applicable Reliability Standards for the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and the Generating Facility.   • Interconnection 2.1 This section applies to linking with suppliers providing public telecommunications transport networks or services in order to allow the users of one supplier to communicate with users of another supplier and to access services provided by another supplier, where specific commitments are undertaken.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
