Interlocal Cooperation Clause Samples

The Interlocal Cooperation clause establishes the framework for collaboration between two or more governmental entities. It typically outlines how these entities can jointly exercise powers, share resources, or coordinate services to achieve mutual goals, such as sharing emergency services or jointly funding infrastructure projects. Interlocal Cooperation. The District and the County agree to cooperate with each other, in good faith, at all times during the term hereof in order to effectuate the purposes and intent of this Agreement. There is potential for such cooperation in the use of both the traditional and the alternative financing mechanisms described above.
Interlocal Cooperation. Pursuant to the City’s interlocal agreement with the County, the City will be the common point of contact for submittals for approvals for Phase Two, however, Purchaser will be subject to payment of all applicable County review fees and the terms and conditions of the said interlocal agreement.
