InterMTA Traffic. CMRS traffic originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party’s network in an MTA and terminated to a Customer of the other Party on that Party’s network outside the MTA in which the call originated. InterMTA Traffic is notnot Reciprocal Compensation Traffic, Measured Internet Traffic or Ancillary Traffic. For purposes of determining originating and terminating points of a call under this Agreement, Emergency will use the Cell Site to which the Emergency Customer placing or receiving the call is connected at the beginning of the call.
