Internal Sewer Lines Sample Clauses

Internal Sewer Lines. The Property Owner shall design and construct, at its cost, the internal sewer lines (collectively “Internal Sewer Lines” and individually “Internal Sewer Line”) required to sewer the Property in phases. The Internal Sewer Lines shall be constructed under the authority of an executive order issued by the Mayor of the City in phases as part of the annexation and platting process. The size and location of the Internal Sewer Lines will be determined as part of the platting process. The Property Owner shall be responsible for the cost of constructing a typical 8-inch sanitary sewer line, and the City shall be responsible for all costs attributable to oversizing the Internal Sewer Lines with pipe, valves, fittings and all other accessories that are larger than 8-inches; provided, however, for any 10-inch or above portion of the Internal Sewer Lines that cannot be utilized for service, the City will reimburse the Property Owner for the entire cost of said 10-inch or above portion of the Internal Sewer Lines. If the subsidy to be provided by the City to increase the size of the Internal Sewer Lines is estimated to exceed $100,000, the oversized Internal Sewer Lines shall be publicly bid and awarded as provided by law.

Internal Sewer Lines. Additional 8-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch sanitary sewer lines located upon the Property (“Internal Sewer Lines”) will be required to serve the Property. The 10-inch and 12-inch sanitary sewer lines located on the Property will also serve the Third Party Properties and are shown conceptually as Sewers G and H on Attachment “H”. The Internal Sewer Lines shall be constructed by the Property Owner whose Parcel(s) of the Property is located within an approved preliminary plat, special permit, use permit or planned unit development which shows an Internal Sewer Line. Construction of the Internal Sewer Line shall be at such Property Owner’s own cost and expense, under the authority of an executive order issued by the Mayor of the City in phases as part of the platting process.   • External Hosting Facilities DST shall implement controls, consistent with applicable prevailing industry practices and standards, regarding the collection, use, storage and/or disclosure of Fund Data by an external hosting provider.

  • INTERNAL MAIL The Association shall have access to the district mail service and school mail boxes, free of charge, for communication to bargaining unit members. Bulk material may have to be paid for by the Association.

  • Internal Use You will use the Services for Your own internal business, non-residential and non-personal use. You acknowledge and agree that You will not allow any third party, including Your vendors and service providers, to access or use the Services unless such third party is allowed access for the purpose of providing authorized customer support services or in connection with Your appropriate use of the Services for Your own business purposes.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
