Sanitary Sewer Improvements Clause Samples

The Sanitary Sewer Improvements clause outlines the requirements and responsibilities for upgrading, installing, or maintaining sanitary sewer systems within a project. It typically specifies the standards to be met, the scope of work involved—such as pipe installation, connection to municipal systems, or testing procedures—and may detail timelines or coordination with local authorities. This clause ensures that all sanitary sewer work is completed to regulatory standards, thereby preventing future issues related to wastewater management and ensuring public health and environmental compliance.
