The "Mayor" clause defines the role, authority, and responsibilities of the mayor within the context of the agreement or governing document. The Mayor. The written grievance shall be presented to and discussed with the Mayor, or his designee. The Mayor, or his designee shall give the employee the Employer's answer in writing within ten (10) working days after receipt of such Step 3 grievance. A grievance not resolved in Step 3 may be appealed to Step 4 within ten (10) working days following the final answer in Step 3.

(e) is subject to the Members’ Allowances Scheme in place from time to time; (f) is subject to the same rules relating to casual vacancies as apply to all councillors; (g) will create a casual vacancy if for any reason the office becomes vacant, which will be filled in the normal way.

  • The Manager The Manager assumes and shall pay for maintaining the staff and personnel necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and shall at its own expense, provide the office space, equipment and facilities which it is obligated to provide under Article I hereof, and shall pay all compensation of officers of the Fund and all Directors who are affiliated persons of the Manager.
