Member Code of Conduct. In accessing and using Providers Website and/or Provider Internet Services Member agrees and acknowledges that they will not: • Make any posting that infringes or violates any intellectual property or other right of any entity or person, including, without limitation, copyrights, patents, trademarks, laws governing trade secrets, rights to privacy, or publicity, or make or deliver any posting that Member does not have a right to make available under law or other contractual or fiduciary relationships. • Make or post any unsolicited advertisement, promotional materials, junk email, bulk email, spam phishing schemes, chain letters, surveys, or contests, or solicit participation in any pyramid schemes. • Make any unlawful postings or provide links to or through this Providers Website and/or Provider Internet Services, which advocate illegal activity, and/or containing material that could be considered harmful, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, violent, abusive, profane, insulting, threatening, harassing, hateful or, otherwise objectionable, or any postings containing material that harasses, victimizes, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, or disability, or make or provide links to, any postings containing defamatory, false or libelous material. • Impersonate, disguise, manipulate or forge the identity of another person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent the origin of the posting or the Member’s affiliation with a person or entity, or adopt a false identity if the purpose of doing so is to mislead, deceive, or defraud another. • Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, or maker any posting containing personal information, such as phone numbers, social security numbers, account numbers, addresses or other identifying information. • Use Providers Website and/or Provider Internet Services in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair or otherwise interfere with the use of Providers Website and/or Provider Internet Services or other Members’ devices, or cause damage, disruption or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Providers Website and/or Provider Internet Services, any related website, other accounts, computer system, or networks connected to this Providers Website and/or Provider Internet Services, through hacking, pass...
Member Code of Conduct. A. Members shall:
1. Display annual vehicle passes required for entrance to the garden in all member and guest vehicles, including bikes. If members enter on foot, they must have their garden vehicle pass in their possession. Passes are to be used only for admission to the LBCGA garden, and are not valid in any other areas of El Dorado Park or the SPCA/Animal Care Services facility. If El Dorado Park areas are used that require paid parking, you are responsible for those fees. If the SPCA/Animal Care Services parking lot is used, you must be conducting business with that agency. Failure to observe parking regulations may result in your car being ticketed and/or towed at owner’s expense.
2. Maintain responsibility for personal guests and ensure guests follow LBCGA Rules & Agreements.
3. Abide by the LBCGA hours of operation, generally ▇▇▇▇ to dusk: Summer 7am-8pm, Winter 7am-7pm.
4. Read bulletin boards, mail and emails for current information.
5. Use the emergency pedestrian gate only in case of emergency.
6. Observe the 5 mile per hour posted speed limit and observe all STOP signs in the garden; drive one way (south) on the center road and one way (north) on the east and west roads.
7. Supervise children and stay with them at all times while in the garden.
8. Properly use equipment and tools of LBCGA and return them CLEAN to their proper place.
9. Return EMPTY wheelbarrows and carts to the chip/manure areas.

B. Members shall NOT:
1. Sell or use garden produce for profit.
2. Enter another member’s garden without permission. Removal of any item (crop, plant, tool, etc.) that is not your own personal property is considered theft and cause for permanent loss of membership.
3. Destroy or damage any property of LBCGA or its members.
4. Bring animals to the garden (including leaving pets in vehicles).
5. Provide food or water for any wild animals or birds.
6. Allow children to wander into neighbor’s gardens or common areas.
7. Consume alcoholic beverages or smoke in the garden as per Long Beach park rules.
8. Skateboard, bicycle or roller-skate in the garden, except for passage TO and FROM your garden plot.
9. Remove anything (bags, produce, trays, etc.) from the Food Bank plots and/or from the Food Bank table, as it will result in immediate and permanent loss of membership.
10. Enter the orchard without permission.
11. Wash or rinse any vehicle in the garden.
Member Code of Conduct. (a) Members will faithfully discharge their duties while serving on the ISDAB.
(b) Duties will be carried out with integrity and Members will respect the democratic decision-making process, even if they disagree individually. A decision of the majority of a panel of the ISDAB is a decision of the panel, and a decision of a panel is the decision of the Board. FINAL DRAFT
(c) Members will adhere to all applicable laws, legislation, regulations, bylaws, policies, and procedures.
(d) Members will treat fellow Members, the Clerk, municipal Administration, appellants, and the public with respect, courtesy, and fairness.
(e) Members will apply the rules of natural justice and procedural fairness to all matters before the ISDAB.
(f) Members will not use or divulge information obtained as a result of their appointment to the ISDAB or a panel for personal benefit or for the benefit of any other person.
(g) A Member who has been selected to a panel will, at the earliest opportunity, inform the Clerk, and/or the Chair if the believe their appointment to be in violation of the Act, or of their potential conflict of interest, pecuniary interest, or the basis on which there may be a reasonable apprehension of bias against them regarding the appeal.
(h) Members of a panel will respect the position and authority of the Chair of the panel and will direct all comments and questions to the parties at a hearing through the Chair.
(i) The Chair will attempt to ensure that parties who are unrepresented by an agent or counsel are not unduly disadvantaged at a hearing by briefly explaining in clear and simple language, the procedures to be followed during the hearing and the relevant evidentiary procedures.
(j) Members will respect the confidentiality of sensitive information disclosed at a hearing and/or discussed in a closed session of a panel.
(k) Members will not discuss the appeal with any other Member of the panel selected to hear the appeal until the hearing has commenced.
(l) Members will not discuss the appeal with any of the parties to the appeal or the public, either before or after the hearing. Discussions during the hearing will remain within the confines of the hearing process.
(m) Members will not make any public statements, orally or in writing, regarding any matter before the panel. Media inquiries will be directed to the Clerk.

As a condition of membership, Saratoga Joinery expects members to demonstrate their commitment to core values by conducting themselves consistent with the following principles including but not limited to exhibiting common courtesy and civility; supporting diversity, equity and inclusion; and refraining from discriminatory or harassing behavior directed toward any Saratoga Joinery member, volunteer, or staff person. Members engaging in misconduct are subject to disciplinary action up to and including membership termination.

(a) The Financial Institution must comply with the Member Code of Conduct.
(b) Serious or repeated breaches of the Member Code of Conduct, which ▇▇▇▇ regards (acting reasonably) as contrary to the interests of other Subscribers or the Registrar, may result in the Financial Institution’s suspension or termination from use of the ▇▇▇▇ Platform.
Member Code of Conduct. The Council is committed to promoting the highest standards of behaviour by its members, both elected and co-opted. To reflect this, it has adopted a Members’ Code of Conduct which appears at Part V.- Ethics. The Mayor and every Council member must comply with it and any Member Code of Conduct in place from time to time.

7.1. is discriminatory, abusive or intolerant of a person or group's race, ethnicity, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion or nationality;
7.2. threatens or abuses others, wishes for the physical or mental harm, death, or disease of individuals or groups, encourages or glorifies mass murder, violent events, or specific means of violence in which or with which certain groups have been the primary targets or victims,
7.3. that libels, defames, invades privacy, stalks, harasses (whether sexually harassing or otherwise), or threatens others;
7.4. seeks to exploit or harm children;
7.5. violates any law or may be considered to violate any law, or that advocates or incites illegal activity;
7.6. impersonates or misrepresents your connection to any entity or person including without limitation AAFCA;
7.7. reflects negatively on AAFCA or its members;
7.8. uses your membership to harvests or otherwise collects information about other members, including without limitation contact information without their consent or the consent of AAFCA;
7.9. violates the intellectual property rights of others including without limitation AAFCA; or
7.10. disobeys any policy or regulations including any other code of conduct or other guidelines, established from time to time by AAFCA, regarding members. You remain solely responsible for your acts, as are other members solely responsible for their acts. Member Code of Conduct. The Alexander Public School District expects that the conduct of members of our Fitness Center will be in accordance with school district codes of conduct and policies, as well as other general rules that apply to such a setting. We expect persons using the Fitness Center to adhere to facility policies as follows: ✓ Wear appropriate attire including shorts or sweatpants and a top that covers the upper body entirely. Closed toe sneakers are also required. Members should dress in a modest fashion appropriate for the school setting. Bring dedicated shoes to use in the facility. Street shoes are not to be worn in the Fitness Center; ✓ Vulgar language including swearing, shouting or name-calling is prohibited; ✓ Bullying, harassment, intimidation or threatening conduct of any kind is not allowed; ✓ No unauthorized use of cell phones, cameras, or PDA’s to take photographs or videos of Fitness Center members in locker rooms, or anywhere in or upon the Fitness Center premises; ✓ Theft or behavior which results in destruction of property, or physical contact with another person in any angry or threatening way is prohibited; ✓ Any demonstration of sexual contact or activity or improper contact with minors is prohibited; ✓ No use of chemicals, tobacco or alcohol on Fitness Center premises or school district property; ✓ No weapons or objects that may be used as a weapon allowed in or on Fitness Center premises, or school district property; ✓ Follow rules and regulations posted throughout the Fitness Center; ✓ Do not drop weights on the floor; ✓ Members are recommended not to use barbell weights without a spotter or another member present. If the member chooses to use the barbells without a spotter, it is at their own risk. ✓ Wipe down machines after use to prevent spread of illness; ✓ Be mindful of other fitness center members waiting to use equipment; ✓ Replace all weights and equipment upon completing your use of the item(s); ✓ Younger children are not to accompany members to the Fitness Center.
