Internet Orders. Members may place orders, check PV totals and view order history through NSP’s website, ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇. This site provides 24-hour/7-day-a-week access to Member accounts and product andordering information, subject to website availability. A personal identification number (PIN) is required for account or order access. This number may be obtained by calling the Customer Service Department.
Internet Orders. Internet orders shall be placed in accordance with the ------------------- following guidelines and "Internet Flow Process" set forth in Part B of this Annex II. (i) each Participant authorized to transact via the internet will be issued a PIN Number to access the iShares Trading Website ("Website"). The Distributor shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to the Website, and shall process all trades affirmed through the system that were placed with a valid PIN Number. (ii) Any authorized Participant may log onto the Website at any time but generally must submit trades by 4:00 p.m. EST to receive that day's ▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ submitted after 4:00 p.m. EST will receive the next determined NAV for the applicable Fund. Certain Funds may determine an NAV more than once per trade date. It is the responsibility of the Participant to submit trades on or before the designated times to receive the applicable NAV. (iii) Note that while initiating the trades on the Website commences the order process, it does not alone constitute a purchase or redemption order, which is only completed and which will only be processed after the trade has been submitted by the Participant and Affirmation of such trade has been generated by the Website. It is the responsibility of the Participant to retain such Affirmation for its records. (iv) A transaction charge will be assessed on each Purchase Order and each Redemption Order.
Internet Orders. SHEZT will promptly direct and relay to Junli for processing any and all air-ticeting orders received from and generated by the Website on a real-time basis. All such internet orders and revenue generated therefrom shall be the property of Junli.

The warning (or a clearly marked hyperlink to the warning using the word “WARNING”) given in conjunction with the online sale of the Products may appear either: (a) prominently placed on a webpage in which the Product’s photograph, price, or “add to cart” section are displayed; (b) on the same webpage as the order form for the Product; or (c) on any webpage displayed to the purchaser during the checkout process and prior to its completion for any purchaser with a California shipping address.   • Websites Websites created through the Network and/or linked with the School District’s official website must relate specifically to District-sanctioned activities, programs or events. Websites created using the Network or the School District’s equipment, or websites created as part of a classroom or club assignment or activity are the sole and exclusive property of the School District in perpetuity without any ownership rights existing in the page creator(s). The School District reserves the right to require that all material and/or links with other sites found to be objectionable be altered or removed for any reason or for no reason, in the sole judgment of Superintendent. The School District does not intend to open web pages for the expression of opinion, and specifically does not intend for its web pages to be a public forum or limited public forum for students, staff, or citizens. Web pages exist solely in support of the School District functions and mission as determined by the Board.

  • Internet Use 7.1. Customer is prohibited from posting or transmitting unlawful material on or via the Internet or the World Wide Web. 7.2. Leaseweb is entitled to actively block ports or IP addresses for the Network, in the event that such is – in Leaseweb’s reasonable view – necessary to preserve or protect the security and performance of the Network or the Internet or the World Wide Web. An overview of the blocked ports or IP addresses may be requested in writing by Customer from Leaseweb. 7.3. Without prejudice to the generality of Clause 7.2 of the Acceptable Use Policy, Leaseweb shall in any event actively block the following ports for its Network: (i) UDP/137 – Netbios; (ii) UDP/139 – Netbios; (iii) TCP/135 till 139 – Netbios;(iv) TCP/445 – Smb; and (v) Protocol UDP port 11211 - Memcache 7.4. If Leaseweb reasonably suspects that Customer is subject to a DoS attack, DDoS attack, DRDoS attack or another attack and (in Leaseweb’s reasonable opinion) such attack negatively affects the Infrastructure, Leaseweb shall be entitled to immediately block access to Customer's Infrastructure. In the event that Customer is subject to repetitive attacks, and Customer does not successfully take measures to prevent that future attacks may negatively affect Leaseweb’s Infrastructure, then Leaseweb shall be entitled to immediately terminate theSales Contract by sending a written notice to Customer.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Company and Shareholders, through ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (“Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.
