Speakers from the DNR, TAB, EPA and University of Wisconsin-Extension presented information on the EPA Assessment, Revolving Loan Fund and Cleanup (ARC) grants, the proposal process, and state-specific resources. The afternoon consisted of hands-on, small group discussions using real proposal examples. More than 50 people attended: 21 representatives of local governments, 28 consultants, and two non- profits. In general, participants felt that the interactive afternoon session was very helpful and the information on where to find state-specific data was especially useful.
