Specific Resources Sample Clauses

The 'Specific Resources' clause defines and identifies particular assets, personnel, or materials that must be provided or used in the performance of a contract. This clause typically lists the exact resources—such as named project managers, specialized equipment, or dedicated facilities—that the parties agree will be allocated to fulfill contractual obligations. By clearly specifying these resources, the clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of what will be available for the project, reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over resource availability or adequacy.
Specific Resources and/or provisions provided to the employee.
Specific Resources. During the term hereof, the Companies shall make available to the Executive, office supplies, a computer, a personal digital assistant (PDA) or equivalent device, administrative support, office and technical support and such other supplies and resources as are customarily supplied by each of the Companies to their President and Chief Executive Officer. All such supplies or resources provided by the Companies for use by the Executive to fulfill her duties and obligations hereunder shall remain the property of the Companies.
Specific Resources. The school will provide appropriate instructional materials and personnel necessary to the achievement of the objectives and must include resources that are normally available to all students on the same terms as the terms on which they are available to all. Assignments and specific resources will be designated on the Assignment and Work Record (AWR) and are incorporated herein. The school will confirm or provide access to all pupils to the connectivity and devices adequate to participate in the educational program and complete assigned work.
Specific Resources. The school will provide appropriate instructional materials and personnel necessary to the achievement of the objectives and must include resources that are normally available to all learners on the same terms as the terms on which they are available to all. This includes access to the connectivity and devices adequate to participate in independent study and complete assigned work, including but not limited to a computer, tablet, and/or internet access. If the learner needs additional resources in order to successfully access the educational program, please contact the learner’s Coach (Supervising Facilitator(s) of Record). Assignments and specific resources will be designated on the AWR Forms and are incorporated herein. Methods of Evaluation: Methods of Evaluation: Academic evaluations will be designated on the AWR Forms and are incorporated herein. Other acceptable methods of evaluation include but are not limited to Facilitator Made Tests, Learner Conferences, Progress/Report Cards, Chapter/Unit Tests, Work Samples, Observations, Portfolios, Learning Journals, Presentations, Quizzes, Labs, Finals. Required to report to their Coach (Supervising Facilitator of Record) as scheduled: Parent Guardian Communication: The charter school will communicate with the learner's parent/guardian (or adult learner) about their academic progress by Reports of Progress (report cards) that are sent home once per semester.

Related to Specific Resources

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Electric Storage Resources Developer interconnecting an electric storage resource shall establish an operating range in Appendix C of its LGIA that specifies a minimum state of charge and a maximum state of charge between which the electric storage resource will be required to provide primary frequency response consistent with the conditions set forth in Articles 9.5.5, 9.5.5.1, 9.5.5.2, and 9.5.5.3 of this Agreement. Appendix C shall specify whether the operating range is static or dynamic, and shall consider (1) the expected magnitude of frequency deviations in the interconnection; (2) the expected duration that system frequency will remain outside of the deadband parameter in the interconnection; (3) the expected incidence of frequency deviations outside of the deadband parameter in the interconnection; (4) the physical capabilities of the electric storage resource; (5) operational limitations of the electric storage resources due to manufacturer specification; and (6) any other relevant factors agreed to by the NYISO, Connecting Transmission Owner, and Developer. If the operating range is dynamic, then Appendix C must establish how frequently the operating range will be reevaluated and the factors that may be considered during its reevaluation. Developer’s electric storage resource is required to provide timely and sustained primary frequency response consistent with Article 9.5.5.2 of this Agreement when it is online and dispatched to inject electricity to the New York State Transmission System and/or receive electricity from the New York State Transmission System. This excludes circumstances when the electric storage resource is not dispatched to inject electricity to the New York State Transmission System and/or dispatched to receive electricity from the New York State Transmission System. If Developer’s electric storage resource is charging at the time of a frequency deviation outside of its deadband parameter, it is to increase (for over-frequency deviations) or decrease (for under-frequency deviations) the rate at which it is charging in accordance with its droop parameter. Developer’s electric storage resource is not required to change from charging to discharging, or vice versa, unless the response necessitated by the droop and deadband settings requires it to do so and it is technically capable of making such a transition.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).
