WORK SAMPLES Clause Samples
The WORK SAMPLES clause establishes the requirement for one party, typically a contractor or service provider, to submit examples of their previous work for review. These samples may be used to demonstrate the provider’s capabilities, style, or quality standards before the main work begins or as part of a selection process. By requiring work samples, this clause helps the hiring party assess suitability and make informed decisions, thereby reducing the risk of unsatisfactory performance or mismatched expectations.
WORK SAMPLES. Periodically, the MHCRC will use photos and videos (with permission) on our website to highlight the work of the organizations we support. Please send us photos or videos that illustrate the impact of the grant project in the community. (By sharing photos or videos, you acknowledge that any and all material you are providing has been obtained with appropriate signed media releases and may be shared with the MHCRC’s stakeholders and broader audiences.)

The District intends to require no more than the total number of work samples required by the State Board of Education, but the kind of work samples and the grade level when produced and scored may vary from the State Board requirements if waivers are obtained. 1. Building Discipline Policies
ARTICLE 7 Appropriate measures to deal with student behaviors will be included in the District policy handbook, the building discipline plan, and the student handbook in each building. In the exercise of their responsibility, unit members and building administrators shall observe the provisions of the above listed resources in handling disciplinary problems in the classroom and the District will provide annual notification of the standards and procedures contained therein. The District will ensure that all buildings have a discipline plan in place. By June 1st, all unit members in the building will have input into the building discipline plan, with an opportunity to suggest revisions for the following year. All unit members will be invited to attend the Climate and Culture and/or PBIS Team meeting at which there will be discussion and decision-making about the staff’s suggested revisions. This plan will be discussed with all staff during August inservice week each year and will be implemented when students arrive. The site-based plan will include the following: the designation of a location for students to be sent who are compromising the safety of staff or other students, the possible responses to student behaviors including Tier One intervention strategies, the structures of communication between teachers and administrators regarding student behaviors, and the ways staff could recognize positive student choices. The building plan shall list the kinds of support and how the teacher can access support from others, including building administrators, counselors, and District specialists, and including the steps that will be taken if a student threatens or harasses a teacher. This plan will also include a coverage protocol when administration is not available. The site-based plan is meant to work in collaboration with student support plans. Upon request, the District will provide the Association with each building’s discipline plan before the first student day each year.
