Student Transcripts. Student transcripts are maintained by the School indefinitely. Students are entitled upon request to two official transcripts at no cost upon completion of the Program. Additional transcripts may be issued for a fee of $20.00 per official transcript. The fee for official school transcripts is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the School.
Student Transcripts. College credits earned under this program will be duly entered on the student’s NWFSC transcript as well as on the student’s high school transcript. Students may review their college course records through the RaiderNet 2.0 Portal. Students enrolling in courses under this program will receive academic advising from NWFSC navigators. Students may visit college navigators at any college location on an appointment basis. In addition, students may complete the college online orientation and will be provided online access to the Florida automated advising system (FACTS) at the college sites. Students registering for courses in this program will be assessed no tuition or fees; such fees will be exempted by the college. Students are eligible for the dual enrollment fee exemption through the last term of their high school enrollment; graduating seniors are not eligible for dual enrollment status and fee exemption during the term immediately following their graduation date, even if the registration period or college classes begin prior to the student’s actual graduation date.
Student Transcripts. Student transcripts are maintained by the School for a minimum five (5) year period. Official transcripts shall be released only when tuition is paid in full, or upon completion of the 1,300 hours of service to BW specified in the Reimbursement and Service Agreement. A fee of $20.00 is charged per official transcript requested, subject to change at any time in the sole discretion of the School.

  • Transcripts When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, CONTRACTOR shall prepare transcripts at the close of each semester, or upon student transfer, for students in grades nine (9) through twelve (12) inclusive, and submit them on LEA approved forms to the student’s school of residence for evaluation of progress toward completion of diploma requirements as specified in LEA Procedures. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the LEA names of students and their schools of residence for whom transcripts have been submitted as specified by the LEA.

  • Review of Documents Borrower has reviewed: (a) the Note, (b) the Security Instrument, (c) the Commitment Letter, and (d) all other Loan Documents.

  • Copies of Documents Each Trust will furnish CMISC with copies of the following documents: the Declaration of Trust of the Trust and all amendments thereto; and the Trust’s registration statement (the “Registration Statement”) as in effect on the date hereof under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and all amendments or supplements thereto hereafter filed. The prospectus(es) and statement(s) of additional information contained in each such Registration Statement, as from time to time amended and supplemented, together are herein collectively referred to as the “Prospectus.”

  • Formation and Composition The Parties to this agreement will maintain a Joint Administration and Dispute Resolution Committee (JADRC) consisting of five (5) representatives of the employers and five (5) representatives of the Provincial Bargaining Council.

  • Reproduction of Documents This Agreement and all schedules, exhibits, attachments and amendments hereto may be reproduced by any photographic, photostatic, microfilm, micro-card, miniature photographic or other similar process. The parties hereto each agree that any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding, whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made by a party in the regular course of business, and that any enlargement, facsimile or further reproduction shall likewise be admissible in evidence.
