Internet-Related Unavailability. In the event an Internet-related unavailability arises that is of the type where ICERS is unable to access the Services through the Internet (provided the cause of such inability is not within ICERS' control), the parties shall take commercially reasonable steps to secure, at ICERS' sole expense, an alternative mode of access to the Services. Member synchronization / global account updating System must be able to update all member accounts off hours and in less than 4 hours 90% of the time in a year. Monthly payroll trials System must be able to run trial monthly payroll batches in less than 2 hours 90% of the time in a year. Monthly payroll posting System must be able to post monthly payroll batches after a trial is generated in less than 20 minutes 90% of the time in a year. Active payroll import System must be able to import active payroll transmittal files in less than 2 hours 90% of the time in a year. Member search System must be able to return the results of a member search in less than 15 seconds 90% of the time in a year. Actuarial extract System must be able to generate an extract for the triennial experience study for ICERS' actuary in less than 4 hours 90% of the time in a year. Interest posting System must be able to post interest to all eligible member accounts in less than 2 hours 90% of the time in a year. COLA granting System must be able to update all eligible members' accounts with updated COLA adjustments in a batch process in less than 1 hour 90% of the time in a year. Benefit estimates System must be able to return the results of a benefit estimate in less than 1 minute 90% of the time in a year. ACH / Check file generation System must be able to generate a monthly payroll ACH or check file in less than 20 minutes 90% of the time in a year. General Ledger interface creation System must be able to generate an extract interface file for the general ledger in less than 20 minutes 90% of the time in a year. Export files System must be able to generate an outbound export file to be imported by plan sponsor payroll system in less than 30 minutes 90% of the time in a year.

  • Internet Use 7.1. Customer is prohibited from posting or transmitting unlawful material on or via the Internet or the World Wide Web. 7.2. Leaseweb is entitled to actively block ports or IP addresses for the Network, in the event that such is – in Leaseweb’s reasonable view – necessary to preserve or protect the security and performance of the Network or the Internet or the World Wide Web. An overview of the blocked ports or IP addresses may be requested in writing by Customer from Leaseweb. 7.3. Without prejudice to the generality of Clause 7.2 of the Acceptable Use Policy, Leaseweb shall in any event actively block the following ports for its Network: (i) UDP/137 – Netbios; (ii) UDP/139 – Netbios; (iii) TCP/135 till 139 – Netbios;(iv) TCP/445 – Smb; and (v) Protocol UDP port 11211 - Memcache 7.4. If Leaseweb reasonably suspects that Customer is subject to a DoS attack, DDoS attack, DRDoS attack or another attack and (in Leaseweb’s reasonable opinion) such attack negatively affects the Infrastructure, Leaseweb shall be entitled to immediately block access to Customer's Infrastructure. In the event that Customer is subject to repetitive attacks, and Customer does not successfully take measures to prevent that future attacks may negatively affect Leaseweb’s Infrastructure, then Leaseweb shall be entitled to immediately terminate theSales Contract by sending a written notice to Customer.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PNG for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of PNG. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to PNG for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by PNG.

  • Internet Connection Certain Solutions may require an active and stable connection to the Internet in order to function. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you have at all times an active and stable Internet connection.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.
