Conditions for Support Clause Samples

The "Conditions for Support" clause defines the specific requirements or criteria that must be met for a party to receive support, assistance, or services under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines prerequisites such as timely submission of requests, provision of necessary documentation, or compliance with certain standards. For example, a company may only provide technical support if the customer maintains an active subscription and follows prescribed troubleshooting steps. The core function of this clause is to set clear expectations and boundaries, ensuring that support is provided fairly and efficiently while protecting the provider from unreasonable or unsupported demands.
