Internet Requirements a) The Agency shall have a functional computer system with Internet browser (Explorer 6.0 or greater) which is adequate to operate the Recipient’s approved EDMS. b) The Agency shall obtain and maintain high-speed internet access and a corporate e-mail account, with the capacity to transit attachments and data files, as required by the County. Every time a warranty claim is made for a product that is not connected to the Internet, the product owner is obliged to organize an on-site inspection and data collection by qualified personnel under the direction of HANCHU. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will monitor the performance of the product and notify the owner of the product via the Internet of any defects found during the warranty period, provided that the product is connected to the Internet. Otherwise, once the product is found to be defective or latently defective during the warranty period, the product owner shall notify HANCHU as soon as reasonably practicable.

(1) Connection: Server Computer must be connected the Internal Network with a CAT6 Ethernet Cable. Ethernet Cable isn’t provided by TrackMan.   • Support Requirements If there is a dispute between the awarded vendor and TIPS Member, TIPS or its representatives may assist, at TIPS sole discretion, in conflict resolution or third party (mandatory mediation), if requested by either party. TIPS, or its representatives, reserves the right to inspect any project and audit the awarded vendors TIPS project files, documentation and correspondence. TIPS Members stand in the place of TIPS as related to this agreement and have the same access to the proposal information and all related documents. TIPS Members have all the same rights under the awarded Agreement as TIPS.

  • Network Requirements Customer shall be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the applicable network environment(s) adhere to the applicable standards and requirements specified in the Documentation and are configured appropriately to its proposed use of Ordered SaaS Services.
