Common use of Internship Program Clause in Contracts

Internship Program. On an ongoing basis, the Developer shall make at least one paid (unless taken for school credit) internship available per school session to a student who is a Santa ▇▇▇▇▇▇ resident and attends a high school in Santa ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Santa ▇▇▇▇▇▇ College. Developer will inform the schools that such internship shall be targeted towards students who are Santa ▇▇▇▇▇▇ residents and whose household income is no greater than 80% of the Median Income, as defined in Exhibit “J- 2” of the this Agreement. Subject to the requirements specified in this subsection (h), Developer retains full discretion to select the student for the internship.
