Interpretation with FERC Orders Clause Samples

The "Interpretation with FERC Orders" clause establishes that the interpretation and application of the contract must be consistent with orders, rules, or regulations issued by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). In practice, this means that if there is any ambiguity or conflict in the contract terms, the parties must resolve it in a manner that aligns with FERC's directives or prevailing regulatory standards. This clause ensures that the agreement remains compliant with federal energy regulations and provides a clear mechanism for resolving disputes or uncertainties by referencing authoritative regulatory guidance.
