Common use of Interruption in Access Clause in Contracts

Interruption in Access. Disney may temporarily suspend your access to the whole or any part of the Disney+ Hotstar Platform where Disney at its discretion considers reasonably necessary to the extent permissible by law. Disney will use reasonable efforts to restore access to the Disney+ Hotstar Platform (or the applicable part thereof) as soon as reasonably practicable after temporary suspension. Disney is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, damages or losses resulting from limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications including the device used by you or the third party provider being faulty, not connected, out of range, switched off or not functioning.
