Introduction and Appendices. 1.1. All the engagement documents and the appendices of the Agreement, including all the documents described below, whether they have been attached to the Agreement or not, whether they are in existence or if they are attached or amended in the future in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and with the signature of the parties, constitute an integral part of the engagement and the agreement between the parties, as follows, provided that they are signed jointly by all the parties. 1.2. The appendices, which are attached to the Agreement as an integral part hereof, are as follows:
