Introduction to Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. a) During the first (1st) month of employment and within regular working hours, the Employer agrees to provide the Union time to introduce all new employee(s) to their Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or representative and to share pertinent Union information with the new employee(s). A list of all new employees in each facility shall be provided to the Union facility chairperson on a monthly basis. b) During the first (1st) month of employment and within regular working hours, a Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or representative shall have up to thirty (30) minutes to provide the employee(s) with a copy of the Collective Agreement and any other pertinent information, and to familiarize the new employee(s) with the Collective Agreement. Or in the event the Employer conducts a multi-facility general orientation in the first (1st) month of employment, a Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or representative shall have up to thirty (30) minutes within regular working hours, as provided for in the preceding paragraph, to make a presentation and to provide the employee(s) with a copy of the Collective Agreement and any other pertinent information.
