In order to facilitate an orderly and confidential investigation of grievances, the Employer shall make available the temporary use of a suitable location, or the Union may request that the aggrieved Employee(s) meet at the Union office when the Union deems that the Employer's facilities are not suitable to maintain confidentiality.
