Common use of Invoice and Payment Terms Clause in Contracts

Invoice and Payment Terms. (a) Subject to the Statement of Work, Oppizi will invoice the Client for the Price in advance and will provide the Client with a valid tax invoice (Invoice). (b) The Client must pay Oppizi the amount invoiced immediately upon receipt of the Invoice, unless provided otherwise in a Statement of Work or otherwise in writing.
