Common use of Items Included Clause in Contracts

Items Included. This Agreement shall apply only to Buyer's purchases of Insitutubes(R) ("Insitutubes" means any and all lining materials used to reconstruct sewers, tunnels, pipelines, and other passageways) but excludes pallets, packaging materials, shipping charges and taxes.
