Job Access Clause Samples
Job Access. An authorized representative of the Union shall retain the privilege of access to Employees of the Employer, provided that prior consent is obtained from the Employer and the Prime Contractor when necessary, and that the work of the Employees is not interfered with.
Job Access. The Labourers Representative of the Local shall have the right to visit the jobsite after making his presence known to the Employer's Representative. The Union Representative shall not deliberately cause Employees to neglect their work.
Job Access. The duly authorized Business Manager or Business Agent for Local Union 296 shall have access to jobs and/or shops only with the permission of the Employer and it is understood that the progress of the work in hand shall not be interfered with in any way.

Job Access. An authorized representative of the Union shall be allowed access to the job to conduct Union business with Carpenters of the Employers subject to this agreement, after first notifying the Employer or Superintendent. In no way will the representative interfere with ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ working hours unless permission is granted by the Employer.
Job Access. Upon advanced notice to the General Manager of the District (where such advanced notice can be reasonably given) and at reasonable times and places, which reasonableness requirement includes, but is not limited to, not interfering with any of the normal job duties and operations of the District and its employees, a representative of the Union shall be allowed access to the premises of the District where bargaining unit employees are employed.
Job Access. The representative of the Union shall be allowed access to any shop or job at any reasonable time where employees are employed. Gate house clearance must be obtained from appropriate IDOC authority. Union shall make a reasonable attempt to notify Wexford’s Contract Management of their intent to visit at the time they request gate clearance from IDOC.
