Job Class Specifications. The City agrees to draw up job class specifications for all positions and classifications for which the Union is Bargaining Agent. These job class specifications shall be presented to the Union and shall become the recognized job class specifications unless the Union presents written objection within thirty (30) days. If the parties are unable to agree on the job class specifications, such dispute shall be submitted to grievance and arbitration. Job class specifications so established shall not be eliminated without prior written notification to the Union.

When the duties in any classification are changed or increased by the City, or where the Union and/or an employee feels unfairly or incorrectly classified, or when any position not covered by the salary and wage schedules attached hereto, is established during the term of this Agreement, the rate of pay shall be subject to negotiations between the City and the Union. If the parties are unable to agree on the reclassification and/or rate of pay of the job in question, such dispute shall be submitted to the Job Classification The new rate shall become January -December Collective Agreement between the City of Surrey and Local retroactive to the employee's date of application for reclassification.   • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.
