Joint Labour Management. It is agreed that Joint Labour Management meetings will be held on a regular basis, at least once per quarter, involving an equal number of management and employee representatives to a maximum of three (3) employee representatives and three (3) Employer representatives. The purpose of these meetings is to promote a harmonious relationship between management and employees, and the expectation is for a good faith discussion related to issues in the workplace.

Joint Labour Management. It is agreed that Joint Labour Management meetings will be held on a regular basisas requested, at least not more than once per quarter, involving an equal number of management and employee representatives to a maximum of three (3) employee representatives and three (3) Employer representatives. The purpose of these meetings is to promote a harmonious relationship between management and employees, to raise and solve issues at store level and the expectation is for a good faith discussion related to issues matters in the workplace. The taking of minutes will be handled by employees. Minutes will be provided to the Union within two (2) weeks of the meeting date upon which the minutes are approved.
