Joint Signatories. i. Where the Client Agreement is signed by or on behalf of a firm or otherwise by or on behalf of more than one person, any liability arising hereunder shall be deemed to be the joint and several liability of the partners in the firm or of such persons as aforesaid. ii. If the Client Agreement is signed by or on behalf of more than one person (such persons being hereinafter referred to as the “Original Signatories”), and any one or more of the Original Signatories is not bound by the Client Agreement (whether due to the lack of capacity, improper execution of the Client Agreement, or any other reason whatsoever) (such persons being hereafter referred to as the “Unbound Original Signatories”), the remaining Original Signatory or Signatories shall continue to be bound by the Client Agreement as if such Unbound Original Signatory or Signatories had never been a party hereto.
