Joint Site Investigation Sample Clauses

The Joint Site Investigation clause establishes a requirement for both parties to collaboratively inspect and assess the project site before work begins. Typically, this involves representatives from each party conducting a physical walkthrough to identify existing conditions, potential hazards, or logistical challenges that could impact the project. By ensuring both parties have a shared understanding of the site, this clause helps prevent disputes over unforeseen site conditions and clarifies responsibilities, ultimately reducing the risk of delays or additional costs.
