KEY PICK UP. Renter agrees to pick up the key at the Danville Library during regular operating hours Monday – Friday 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. or Saturday 10:00 a.m. – Noon. When leaving, put the key and the completed Activity Room checklist in the outside blue Library book drop box on the south side of the building.
KEY PICK UP. You may pick up the key during Township business hours, Thursday before your hall rental.
KEY PICK UP. The Applicant must pick up the key to the facility from the Town Clerk during normal business hours, unless other arrangements have been made with the Town Clerk. Arrangements should be made at least one week prior to the event. ▇▇▇▇ must be returned promptly following the event. You may return keys in the drop box at the back of the building. If keys are lost, the Applicant shall bear the entire cost of changing the locks and replacing all keys.
KEY PICK UP. The Cabin keys will be located at the Westlake Police Department, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Westlake, Ohio (corner of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Boulevard and Dover Center Road, behind the Board of Education Building). Keys shall be picked up at the Westlake Police Department and promptly returned to the Westlake Police Department after rental period. Identification and copy of the Rental Agreement are required to be presented to Westlake Police Department personnel in order for keys to be released to Renter. Key may be picked up fifteen minutes prior to the rental time from Westlake Police Department.

  • Key Personnel The Contractor’s organizational structure for the performance of the Work is provided in Exhibit K. Prior to the commencement of the Work, the Key Personnel shall hold the positions indicated in Exhibit K. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the continuity of Key Personnel in connection with the Work is a material requirement of this Agreement and that the replacement of any Key Personnel will be detrimental to Owner and the overall quality of the Work. The Key Personnel will be engaged full-time and exclusively in the prosecution of the Work continuously until their role is completed, unless prior release is approved or directed by Owner; provided however, Key Personnel may be removed by Contractor without Owner’s consent for (a) termination of a Key Personnel’s employment with the Contractor or its Affiliates, or (b) a Key Personnel dying, retiring, resigning, or becoming seriously ill, or a serious illness or death in the family of a Key Personnel. Revisions to the organizational structure of Key Personnel shall be subject to Owner’s prior approval, and replacement of, or additions to, such Key Personnel shall only be made with persons having qualifications equal to or better than those replaced or added to, and shall be similarly subject to Owner’s prior approval. All requests for the substitution of Key Personnel shall include a detailed explanation and reason for the request and the resumes of professional education and experience for a minimum of two (2) candidates of suitable qualifications and experience. Owner shall respond within ten (10) days of receiving the resumes with its written approval or detailed comments as to why approval is not granted. Should Owner approve of the replacement of a Key Personnel, Contractor shall allow for an overlap of a minimum of two (2) weeks during which both the Key Personnel to be replaced and the Owner-approved new Key Personnel shall work together full time. Owner may if it is concerned with the performance thereof request in writing the removal of, and Contractor shall promptly remove and replace, any Key Personnel. Contractor agrees that, notwithstanding its other business commitments, it will give the Work a priority and commit sufficient resources to the Work that will enable Contractor to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Key Persons A. If both parties have designated that certain individual(s) are essential to the services offered, the parties agree that should such individual(s) leave their employment during the term of this Contract for whatever reason, the State shall have the right to terminate this Contract upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice. B. In the event that the Contractor is an individual, that individual shall be considered a key person and, as such, essential to this Contract. Substitution of another for the Contractor shall not be permitted without express written consent of the State. Nothing in sections A and B, above shall be construed to prevent the Contractor from using the services of others to perform tasks ancillary to those tasks which directly require the expertise of the key person. Examples of such ancillary tasks include secretarial, clerical, and common labor duties. The Contractor shall, at all times, remain responsible for the performance of all necessary tasks, whether performed by a key person or others.
