Lab Tests Sample Clauses

The Lab Tests clause establishes the requirements and procedures for conducting laboratory tests related to the subject matter of the agreement. It typically outlines which party is responsible for performing the tests, the standards or protocols to be followed, and how the results will be reported or shared. For example, it may specify that a supplier must provide test results demonstrating product compliance before shipment. This clause ensures that products or materials meet agreed-upon quality or safety standards, thereby reducing the risk of defects and disputes between the parties.
