The Company has not been the subject of any union activity or material labor dispute, and there has not been any strike called, or, to the Knowledge of the Seller, threatened to be called against it. The Company is not currently a signatory to a collective bargaining agreement with any union.

The Company Neither the Company, nor any predecessor to the business of the Company, has not been the subject of any union activity or material labor dispute, and there has not been any strike of any kind called, or, to the Knowledge of the Seller, or threatened to be called against it. The Company has not violated any applicable Federal or State laws or regulations relating to labor or labor practices, which violation has had or shall have a material adverse effect upon the business of the Company. The Company is not currently a signatory to a collective bargaining agreement with any union.
