GIPCL shall sublease the same to SPD. c) GIPCL shall pay lease rent for entire land obtained for Ultra Mega Re- newable Energy Power Park d) GIPCL has already considered current land lease charges of Rs.15,000 per Ha., in the UDC, from FY: 2020-21 which shall be escalated @ 15% every three years in the UDC. If GoG revises the land lease rate, taxes or other statutory levies then the differential amount shall be appropri- ately recovered from the SPD. e) Indicative Land Area, Location and Plot no. shall be as per SCHEDULE A. f) Over and above the aforesaid provisions, land related issues shall be governed as per the Land lease agreement to be executed between SPD & GIPCL and prevailing rules and regulation related to Land lease.
