LATE DELIVERABLES Sample Clauses

The LATE DELIVERABLES clause defines the consequences and procedures that apply when a party fails to deliver goods, services, or work products by the agreed-upon deadline. Typically, this clause outlines remedies such as penalties, liquidated damages, or the right for the non-breaching party to terminate the contract or seek alternative suppliers. By clearly specifying the expectations and repercussions for late performance, the clause helps ensure timely delivery and provides a structured response to delays, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes.
