Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. Before renting pre-1978 housing, Lessors Landlord must disclose disclosure the presence of lead- known lead-based paint and/or and lead-based paint hazards in the dwellingdwelling and to furnish tenants with any records or reports. Lessees Tenants must also receive a federally approve Federally approved pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention.
