League Rules. The Official Rules of Major League Baseball plus the “STLBFL Addendum of Superseding Exceptions” will be the code of rules governing the playing of baseball games by teams of STLBFL. The EC will ensure that the “STLBFL Addendum of Superseding Exceptions” is posted on the league web page.

This Agreement is subject to League Rules and Licensor hereby covenants to comply with all League Rules in connection with its performance hereunder and its operation of the Arena for Knicks Events. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and League Rules with respect to the Parties’ rights and obligations hereunder, League Rules shall control and govern in all respects. League preemption during any Team Home Game will constitute a Force Majeure under this Agreement. Team Games are subject to cancelation, rescheduling, or postponement for any reason, and Club does not make any representation, warranty, covenant or guarantee that any particular number of Team Home Games will take place at the Venue during the Term. The cancelation, rescheduling, relocation, or postponement of any Team Home Games will not constitute a default under this Agreement and Licensee will not be entitled to any credit or refund with respect to any such cancelled, rescheduled, relocated, or postponed Team Home Game.
League Rules. ▇▇▇▇▇ recognizes that Team operates under League Rules. If any League Rules or applications of the League Rules adversely affect ▇▇▇▇▇’ rights under this Agreement such as, by way of example only, creating an association between Competitive Products and Team, the Facility or the Team Marks, ▇▇▇▇▇ and Team will negotiate in good faith for a reduction in the sponsorship Fees for the remaining portion of the term of this Agreement to reflect ▇▇▇▇▇’ lost value. If within thirty (30) days the parties have not agreed on the amount of this reduction, the parties shall submit the matter to binding arbitration pursuant to Section 14, including the right to request and be granted termination. Team will promptly notify ▇▇▇▇▇ of any NFL action that would reasonably be expected to adversely affect ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ rights or create an association between Competitive Products and Team, the Facility, the Team Marks, or the Facility Marks.
League Rules. A. The rulebook used for basketball and volleyball will be the current KSHSAA (Kansas State High School Athletic Contractor) Rule Book. The rulebook used for softball will be the current ASA (American Softball Association) Rule Book.
1. Any changes made by the City to any rules in the applicable rulebook shall be specified in writing and these league rules shall supersede the rules in the applicable rulebook.
2. The City's official ground rules, if any; will be adhered to.
3. The City and the Contractor will review league rules relating to officials and, upon agreement, said rules will be incorporated herein by reference and become a part of this Agreement.
B. The City will provide a sufficient number of copies of league and tournament rules to the Contractor on or before January 1 of each year.
C. When requested by the City, the Contractor will advise and assist with the development of ground rules governing play on each of its volleyball courts, basketball courts and softball fields. The Contractor will also provide rules clinics for the team managers, when so requested by the City.
League Rules a. There will be 1 game per match-up with a 30-minute time limit with a running clock.
b. The Home team will be assigned by whoever is listed first on the schedule.
c. Each team will get 1 (one), 60 second timeout per game – the clock does not stop.
d. After a basket has been made, the other team will need to “check” the ball in behind the 3- point line.
e. When there is a possession change, the ball must be taken back behind the 3-point line.
League Rules. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, this Agreement is subject to the rules, regulations, by-laws and constitution of the NBA and the NHL, including, without limitation, the decisions or requirements issued by, or under the authority of, their respective Commissioners or Boards of Governors, and specifically the provisions of Article 35.1 of the NBA Constitution and Section 18 of the NHL By-laws.
League Rules. The MLB rules plus the “CABARule book” will be the code of rules governing the playing of baseball games by teams of ▇▇▇▇. The League President will ensure that the “CABARule book” is posted on the league web page. The Official NFHS rules will be provided via email in PDF format.
League Rules. The NSYSA Director of Recreational Soccer agrees to make the applicable league rules for that year available to KPSRA via the NSYSA website a minimum of four (4) weeks before the start of the Fall Youth soccer season. IN addition, any rules updates from Washington Youth Soccer will be provided upon receipt. NSYSA will notify KPSRA President, Vice President and Assignor when these rules have been posted on their site.
