Leave for Union Position. An employee who is elected or selected for a full-time position with the Union, Saskatchewan Federation of Labour or Canadian Labour Congress, shall be granted leave of absence without loss of seniority for a period of one year. Such leave shall be renewed each year, upon request, during his term of office. Such employee shall continue to receive his salary and benefits from the Employer, conditional on reimbursement of such salary and full benefit costs by the Union to the Employer.
