LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR RETRAINING AND STUDY. 11.9.1 An unpaid leave of absence for Board approved study/training may be granted under the provisions of Section 11.6 11.9.2 Employees shall be granted paid leave for that period of time that they are required to be absent from work for purposes of retraining and study when such absence is mandated by the District or by law as a condition of continued employment.
