Leaves and Selection of Schedule Clause Samples

The "Leaves and Selection of Schedule" clause defines the rules and procedures for employees to request and take leave, as well as how work schedules are determined or adjusted. Typically, this clause outlines the types of leave available (such as vacation, sick, or personal leave), the process for submitting leave requests, and any limitations or approval requirements. It may also specify how employees can select or be assigned to particular work shifts or schedules, including any seniority or operational considerations. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear framework for managing employee absences and scheduling, ensuring both organizational needs and employee rights are balanced and understood.
