LEAVES FOR UNION ACTIVITIES. ‌ SECTION A: Eligibility‌ Officers of the Union and Union members who are listed as official delegates or participants in the formal program of a function or convention, and Union officers or members who are authorized to represent the Union at Union programs, conventions, and legislative meetings (pursuant to Chapter 174, Laws of Washington, Extraordinary Session 1969, amending Chapter 41.56 RCW) may be granted leave to attend the meetings and conferences subject to the procedure set forth in Section B below.
