Letters of Assignment. In order to properly protect the interests of the membership of our International Association and their Employers and Contractors, it is necessary that this Local Union obtain authentic evidence to work assignments performed by employees. The Employers agree to submit to the Union letters of work assignment on company letterhead upon written request by the Union.
