Common use of Level Two - Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Superintendent. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may file the grievance in writing with the Association within five school days after the decision at Level One or ten school days after the grievance was presented, whichever is sooner. Within five school days after receiving the written grievance, the Association shall refer it to the Superintendent of Schools. The Superintendent shall render his/her written decision within thirty (30) school days of the receipt of the grievance.

Level Two - Superintendent. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after the presentation of the grievance, he/she may file the grievance in writing with the Association within five school (5) days after the decision at Level One or ten (10) school days after the grievance was presented, whichever is sooner.
