LIGHTING FIXTURES. Building standard lighting fixtures comprising 2 foot x 2 foot, two (2) tube recessed parabolic fluorescent lighting fixture with return air slots. Additionally, recessed down lights are also permitted.
LIGHTING FIXTURES. 4.1 Office and Lab area light fixtures shall be min. 6" wide recessed linear LED type by Finelite or equivalent. 4.2 Lab Support rooms shall have recessed 2'x4' LED troffers. 4.3 All lighting shall have Title 24 compliant lighting controls and sensors.

LIGHTING FIXTURES. Replacement of light tubes or bulbs for Building standard lighting fixtures. Al light tube or bulb replacements for special nonstandard lighting fixtures shall be furnished and installed at Tenant’s expense.

LIGHTING FIXTURES. Standard fixtures shall be 2'x4' lighting fixtures with 4-40 watt fluorescent lamps to provide a minimum of 60 foot candles. Fixtures shall be with E type, energy saving ballast and provide plenum air return function. Emergency egress lighting shall be provided by the use of standard fixtures with emergency battery back-up power, as required by code.
LIGHTING FIXTURES. 14.4.1 Lessor shall furnish and install complete lighting system, including fixtures, lamps and all required wiring and switches. Fixtures shall be of the type indicated on drawing furnished by Lessee. Lighting fixture installation shall be coordinated with sprinkler system to permit sprinkler system to be installed in compliance with NFPA #13. Provide tube guards as required by Health Department. 14.4.2 Fluorescent fixture ballasts shall be CBM certified, ETL rated, Class P, high power factor. Sound level shall be not greater than General Electric sound rating "A". 14.4.3 The fluorescent fixtures in the general sales area shall be 2-tube 96" long on 8'-0" centers as noted on plans. Fixtures will be mounted 15'-0" A.F.F. Use Metalux SS 296, or equal, with F96Tl2/SP35/WM lamps. 14.4.4 All fixtures' lenses shall be glass or acrylic.
LIGHTING FIXTURES. Landlord will supply and install 2' x 4' parabolic fluorescent lighting fixtures in the amount of one fixture for every 85 square feet of ceiling area. Lamps will be furnished and installed by Landlord.
LIGHTING FIXTURES. The Tenant shall replace the lamps and fluorescent tubes, and shall maintain and/or replace all defective blasts, in all interior lighting fixtures, whether provided by the Landlord or the Tenant, and in all exterior fixtures provided by the Tenant.
LIGHTING FIXTURES. Select high quality, energy efficient fixtures considering aesthetics and the visual comfort of occupants. All lighting fixtures in the sales areas, other than decorative fixtures, shall be recessed. Fluorescent fixtures shall be direct/indirect type with perforated center basket diffusers. Track Lighting at the storefront display area shall be recessed or concealed. Track lighting outside the storefront display area may be surface mounted. i. Lighting shall not spill outside the Leased Premises and no direct glare shall be visible to public view. ii. Bare lamp fluorescent or incandescent fixtures may not be used except in stockrooms or areas inaccessible to customers.
