Limitation on Recovery. The period of limitation for recovery of any License fee payable hereunder shall be three (3) years from the date on which payment by the Licensee was due. If any undisputed License payment or recomputed payment is not made on or before the dates specified herein, Licensee shall pay an interest charge, computed from such due date, at the annual rate of one percent (1%) over the prime interest rate.
