The Limited Contract Sequence clause restricts the order and number of contracts that can be entered into between the parties within a specified timeframe or for a particular project. In practice, this clause may stipulate that only a certain number of contracts can be executed consecutively, or that new contracts cannot be initiated until previous ones are completed or terminated. Limited Contract Sequence. The sequence of contracts for Instructional Employees who are not eligible for continuing contract status will be three (3) successive one-year contracts, followed by successive three-year contracts.
