Limited Duration Positions. Limited-duration positions are those funded by specific limited-duration grant streams, or restricted state or federal funds, such as grant- or Title-funded positions. Limited- duration positions are temporary for the duration of the known term of the funding; employees hired into limited-duration positions shall not have an assurance of employment beyond the term of funding, and shall not be entitled to the protections and rights concerning layoff and recall under Article 5 §§ C and D.
